Delete App Account

Users can permanently delete their account directly from the Drify mobile application. Please follow the steps below based on your platform.

Android App: Drify

  1. Open the Drify app on your Android device.
  2. Log in using your registered mobile number.
  3. Navigate to the Profile tab.
  4. Scroll to the Other Settings section.
  5. Select Delete Account.
  6. Choose a reason for deleting your account.
  7. A confirmation popup will appear.
  8. Tap on Delete to permanently delete your account.

Important:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • All personal data associated with your account will be removed as per our privacy policy.
  • Please ensure there are no pending orders before deleting your account.
